Royalton Jamaica resorts are fully open again across Negril and Montego Bay as of Sept. 17, following repairs and upgrades after Hurricane Melissa. Royalton Hotels & Resorts has returned five all-inclusive properties to service, with redesigned rooms, expanded digital tools and sample nightly rates from $302.
September rate checks put three stays below $400

Royalton Jamaica resorts add beach Wi-Fi and app services
Guests now receive redesigned accommodation, interactive televisions, high-speed Wi-Fi extending to the beach and access to each property’s mobile app.
The new interiors combine contemporary finishes with Jamaican design elements. Royalton also upgraded public areas and other resort facilities during the closures.
The app provides several services during a stay:
- Contacting resort teams and speaking with a concierge
- Ordering room service
- Checking daily activities
- Reviewing hotel information
Royalton plans to introduce a fully interactive AI concierge in the coming months for immediate information and assistance. Before travelling, guests can choose a preferred room through the Online Room Selection service and use online pre-check-in to reduce the time spent on arrival formalities.
All five properties belong to Marriott’s Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resorts portfolio. Marriott Bonvoy members can therefore earn and redeem points on eligible stays.
Negril offers three distinct types of all-inclusive stay
The three west-coast properties cover family holidays, adults-only trips and a smaller au naturel experience.
- Royalton Negril: The family-oriented resort has 407 suites, nine restaurants, seven bars, several pools, a children’s splash park, pickleball courts, fitness facilities and an outdoor theatre.
- Royalton Hideaway Negril: This adults-only property offers dedicated beach areas, oceanfront pools and swim-out suites. Its Book 1, Enjoy 2 programme gives guests access to dining, bars and entertainment at neighbouring Royalton Negril.
- Grand Lido Negril: The smaller adults-only resort provides an au naturel holiday in a private beachfront setting.
The Blue Waters pair shares dining and entertainment
Guests at the adults-only Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters can also use the facilities at neighbouring Royalton Blue Waters.
Royalton Blue Waters, which first opened in Jamaica in 2016, has nine restaurants, seven bars, several pools and a lazy river. Family facilities include a pirate-themed water park, children’s activities, teen disco nights and an outdoor theatre.
The adjacent Hideaway property has 352 suites, adults-only areas and a private islet offshore. Access between the two gives Hideaway guests a combined choice of 12 restaurants and 11 bars.
Solar panels return at two properties
Royalton has reinstalled solar panels at Royalton Negril and Royalton Blue Waters, with the systems expected to generate more than 634,000 kilowatt-hours of renewable electricity each year.
Bookings are open, with another resort due in 2027
Travellers can now reserve stays at all five reopened properties, choosing between family-friendly, adults-only and au naturel formats. Those planning an immediate trip should compare prices for their exact dates because the sampled totals can change by room type and stay period.
The next opening to watch is Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove, scheduled for summer 2027. Reservations are already available for the adults-only lifestyle property, which will become the first Royalton CHIC resort in Jamaica.
